Every effort will be made to ship orders the same day they are received. This doesn't always happen! We really work hard to send out your fabric as quickly as we can and will email you if we have a delay of more than 3 days. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays & holidays will be shipped the next business day. If for some reason an item is backordered, yardage is short or out of stock, we will email you to see how you would like us to handle the order.
We ship USPS Priority Mail. Generally orders will be delivered in 2-5 days. However, USPS Priority Mail delivery times are not guaranteed. Orders with APO/FPO addresses and in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and may take longer to be delivered.

Of course we'll never charge you more for shipping than shown in your shopping cart, but sometimes WE MAY CHARGE YOU LESS! When we can combine items and save you money on shipping, you will see it reflected in your credit card charge.
How long will it take for delivery?
The picture below shows approximate delivery times from our doorstep to yours. Remember the Holiday season is crazy at the USPS : be sure to allow for more time to deliver your package from Thanksgiving through New Years.
International Orders
We ship USPS Global Priority flat rate envelops and boxes.
Shipments to Canada are charged at $13 per flat rate envelop or $33 for medium flat rate box. Shipments to other countries are billed at $17 for a flat rate envelop and $48 for a medium flat rate box. In most cases, Global Priority Mail is less expensive than surface mail and will arrive in approximately one week as opposed to 6 to 8 weeks surface. If an order requires a larger box, we will contact you for prior approval of shipping charges.
CleverQuilter.com does not ship to all countries. Generally, we ship to the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Please email prior to placing an order to see if we ship to your location.
All custom charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot guarantee shipment on international orders.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipping to locations within New York State. If this applies to you, order will initially reflect a sales tax rate of 9% when your order is placed. This is the highest rate in NYS. We will adjust the sales tax to the actual rate of your municipality when processing. Your invoice and credit card charge will reflect the correct rate.
Payment Methods

Return Policy
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We have a 14-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued to your credit card once items are returned to us. There is a 15% restocking fee on returned items. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges unless it is our error. Please call first (607-592-4356 8-3pm EST M-F) or email (service@cleverQuilter.com). Sale items and cut yardage may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. All returns must be in original, saleable condition and packaging. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded.
Please review the contents of any kit you receive from us immediately upon arrival. We guarantee our kit contents for 30 days from purchase. Often, key fabrics from a kit become unavailable over time. If your kit is missing a piece or you need more yardage for any reason, time is of the essence when purchasing a quilt kit. Review your purchase when it arrives to avoid any problems later!
Privacy Policy
We consider all customer information confidential and do not share any information regarding our customers with any outside parties under any circumstances. We do not sell or rent our eMail list.
